Series of 5 progressive balance pads -- each with a level of "give" (instability) and a different vestibular challenge. Yellow is the least unstable, black is the hardest and most challenging.
Made from the same foam as the low impact aerobic pads. Combination of foam and geometric cut-out design yields comfort and functionality. Can also be used as core-strengthening seating pads.
